Pricing Operations and Sales Manager

Job Description:
Has management responsibility for pricing and profitability strategy for First Mortgage product(s). Develops, sponsors and/or influences the pricing strategies and tactics across functional groups and/or within a product group. Drives innovative idea generation for the products under their management. Provide leadership and guidance to pricing team as needed. Has extensive technical or functional knowledge of pricing strategies and models. Pricing/Profitability requests managed are generally more complex than those managed by less senior level pricing managers. Provide Leadership and Subject Matter Expertise for key high profile strategic initiatives such as Digital Mortgage Experience and Rate Modifications.
Job Requirements:
+ Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Comparable Degree
+ At least 3 years of prior First Mortgage Pricing and/or Secondary Marketing experience
+ Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive product success
+ Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders and work with them on initiatives; hold accountable when needed
+ Detail-oriented, self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and escalates issues or concerns effectively
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to confidently present to senior leaders
+ Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others to drive execution or approval of strategic recommendations
+ Ability to analyze product trends and understand the financials of the business
+ Ability to work with large amounts of data
+ Strong Excel and SQL experience is necessary, at a minimum
+ Strong problem solving skills
Preferred Skills:
+ Analytical, modeling and/or optimization experience and education
+ Understanding of how the bank works from an enterprise perspective
+ SharePoint and Tableau familiarity

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
