front desk manager

Job Description

Upbeat, efficient and organized individual to work the front desk as ambassador of client experience. You would be creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing appointment schedule for optimization, answering phones and completing communications, promoting a wellness model of health and longevity.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Effective coordinating of appointments, schedule management for optimal flow

  • Adept in multi-tasking in an energetic environment

  • Anticipating needs within the office

  • Mastering office procedures

  • Answer / screen phone calls

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients during check in and check out

  • Follow through with client communications

  • Accuracy and confidentiality with patient information

  • Collecting fees

  • Participation in team training sessions, setting and achieving team goals

  • Marketing (internal and external events, community relationship building)

  • Maintain organized workspace and cleanliness of the office

  • Healthy communication between departments


PREREQUISITES:



  • Cordial professional, top-notch interpersonal skills

  • Dependable + ethical

  • Solution oriented, resourceful and proactive if challenges arise

  • Self-starter, takes direction easily, willing to learn and expand

  • Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize and tackle tasks

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills phone + email etiquette

  • Positive "whatever it takes" attitude - flexibility is key

  • Regard for Christian office setting

  • Eye toward continual business and team improvement

  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times


 


Experience in a chiropractic, PT, managerial type, sales, or wellness model preferred.


Opportunity for advancement.


Applicants within a 10-mile radius of Westlake Village, CA preferred.


Paid travel possibly 1-2 times a year for advanced training.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
