Most entry level recruiters earn $50,000-$100,000 in their first year.
Most senior recruiters earn $100,000-$400,000 per year.
What you need for this position:

Skills/Experience for entry level recruiters:
-You enjoy talking to people.
-You are outgoing and have a strong desire to be successful.
-You are good at multi-tasking.
-You can work as directed.
-Computer savvy and decent typing skills.

Skills/Experience for experienced recruiters:
-Proven track record of success sourcing qualified candidates for high growth tech companies.
-Working knowledge of the tools of the trade; networking sites, sourcing tools, spreadsheets, etc.
-1+ years of recruiting experience, in a technical area is desired we will train the advanced skillsets!
-Exceptional ability to deliver quality results in a very fast paced environment
-Some staffing metrics and analytics experience.
-Ability to become a master multi-tasker.
-Desire to continually become better at what you do.
What you'll be doing:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Identify, establish, and maintain accounts.
-Source, screen and submit eligible candidates to managers for review.
-Maintain a tracking system for passive candidates.
-Schedule interviews, follow up with managers for feedback, and take ownership of the entire process.
-Become a student of the industry.
-Maintain accurate and current records.
-Develop strategies to meet hiring goals; work with managers to align priorities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
