Hiring an Office Manager in LA ! Busy home care agency looking to hire a self motivated individual; to answer calls, assist with HR (obtaining and filing documents), assist with scheduling staff, assist with interviewing caregivers, managing clients, and etc.
Must have customer service experience, efficient in operating Microsoft office (word, excel), preferably bilingual (Spanish, Tagalog), must have good communication skills, must be a prompt and reliable individual, Must have good phone skills, Schedule:

Responsibilities:
-Caregiver Management -Schedule Coordination -Customer Service -On-Call Availability -Previous experience in care management, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry Location:
