About the Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team at POS360.
As a Client Services Representative you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Working under the supervision of Client Services Leadership, you will receive comprehensive training to handle various tasks related to client technical support and product knowledge.
What You'll Do Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Effectively Communicate:
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and text, ensuring clarity and responsiveness in all interactions.
Collaborate with the Team:
Collaborate with the Client Services Leadership and team to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Work closely with internal teams to address client issues effectively.
Product Education:
Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
Provide Technical Support:
Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, ensuring that their concerns are addressed effectively.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Departments:
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to resolve client issues and address client needs comprehensively.
Ensure Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
Offer Feedback:
Provide valuable feedback to Client Services Leadership regarding client needs, emerging trends, and recurring issues, contributing to ongoing process improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements Education Requirement:
High School Diploma.

years of experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to navigate language barriers.
