Worker will be responsible for taking calls through the call center and completing complex claims for the pension plan.

New grad, or 1-2 years of finance tends to be successful.
Customer service skills is a plus.
Relatively small team.
About 5-6 managers.
Serve pension plan for Prudential.
Majority of participants are in California.
Operate both inbound call center.
Help operate claims processing as well.
Anyone who works in the department will probably do both 50/50.
Computer on 1st week, learn systems, someone will sit with them and train them.
Then they will have a live training where they listed to live phone calls.
They don't have a script, but they provide general guidelines.
Typical day on the phone you could expect 50-60 calls a day.
Often working with the elderly population in regards to retirement etc.
Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
Basic troubleshooting, example your internet needs to be rebooted.
Working in a team environment, and being able to take feedback.
Bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement.
Attention to detail.
Data entry.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
