Teradyne is looking for a Field Product Specialist who will work with a cross functional team and develop strategic relationships with our customer's key technical decision makers.
Responsibilities:
o Provide expert advice to customers, Sales, FAE's and support staff while working closely with sales/marketing management and product software/hardware staff to ensure that relevant technical information is promptly and accurately communicated.
o Responsible for the mastering of Teradyne products, product application and policies.
o Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements.
o Develop, coordinate and deliver product demonstrations which display the value of our solutions with prospects and clients.
o Works closely with customers to define projects, identify new opportunities and support existing sustainment activities.
o Responsible for providing detailed communication regarding the application, sizing and competitive position of products.
o Develop relationship with customer (as defined in account plan; focus on technical/operation decision makers) o Keep informed on competitors, industry news and trends, products services, relevant information about legacy, existing, emerging technologies, and the latest product-line development.
Basic Qualifications & Skills o 15
years industry experience o ATE experience on Teradyne, such as UltraFLEX, Flex, J750, Magnum or other semiconductor ATE platforms o General understanding of ATE industry trends as well as competitive products and product positioning will be a plus o Outstanding written and verbal communication skills o Possess team skills and has ability to work independently o Ability to work with customer and international teams o Excellent judgment and problem solving skills o Strong presentation skills o Willingness for international travel up to 25% Education o Minimum BSEE, BSCS or equivalent work experience#LI-JL2 About the Company:
