Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:
Prospecting and selling OTF memberships Create a welcoming studio environment by making sure everyone is treated with enthusiasm, energy and receives excellence in their customer experience Be the face of the studio by handling all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications, effectively and quickly handling administrative tasks, and taking initiative to do what it takes to make the studio run smoothly at all times.
Participate in marketing and outreach events, in and outside of the studio Help ensure daily content for our Social Media channels Bring your creativity and teamwork skills to ensure high performance Partner with our coaches and other Sales Associates to flawlessly deliver our best in class workouts
Qualifications:
1-2 years sales-related experience 1-2 years customer service experience High energy, very good at multitasking and a dependable team player If you have previous experience as a sales representative or as a retail sales associate please inquire within to join our dynamic team Experience in a fitness environment is a plus Passion for fitness, whether you played a sport in high school or you are a dedicated runner So, if you would like to help us in our mission to spread More Life to our members and community, we would like to hear from YOU!
