00 an hour Testan Law is looking for an individual with at least ONE year of previous office/clerical experience to assist with digitized filing and performing general clerical duties in support of various California field office locations.
Prior experience scanning documents in a paperless environment is preferred.
Processing incoming and outgoing mail/electronically Docket Entry Assisting with large print jobs Able to lift 5-40 pounds Experience working with computers, software, and scanning documents.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Nuance PDF.
Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
Attention to detail, accuracy, able to multi-task with the ability to work in a high volume environment Adhere to policies, procedures, and quality controls in relation to scanning legal records and electronic imaging.
Prior work experience in a law firm is preferred, but not required.
The job location is Westlake Village.
The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $16.
50 to $20.
00, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
