- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques - Excellent hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting trays or other items weighing up to 25 pounds.
