- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming attitude - Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits - Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries - Check-in and check-out clients and their pets - Maintain accurate records of client information, medical history, and billing - Assist with filing and organizing paperwork - Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow Skills:
