Do you enjoy working with your hands? Building models? Detailed assembly work? If yes, throw on your headphones, listen to your favorite music, and come join our team! Workshop Technician will be trained to produce components and assemble parts and subassemblies.
Candidates must be willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Candidates will be working with various machinery including HP Commercial Sticker Printer, CO2 Laser Cutter, FlashForge 3D Printers.
Some experience with any of these machines or comparable is helpful.
Tasks may also include packaging and shipping orders, organization of supplies, and cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Full Time position, 40 hours weekly.
REQUIREMENTS Attention to detail.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and with minimal interaction with other staff.
It's a great job for introverts.
Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
Follow production schedules and work in a timely and efficient manner.
Must have good eyesight, including full depth perception, and the ability to accurately differentiate between colors.
Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
Helpful, Not required Some experience with Adobe Illustrator Some experience 3D Printing or Simplify 3D Some experience with Laser Cutting Position requires minimum of 32 hours per week.
