- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling patient appointments.
- Maintain and organize files and documents.
- Provide patient support.
- Insurance verification.
- Support office staff with various tasks as needed.
Must have flexibility with work days.
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; customer skills - Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Previous experience as an office assistant is beneficial.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
